PH 4.5 Color Freeze Micellar Cleansing Conditioner is a micellar co-wash developed for optimal care. Its mild, low-lather formula is free of SLS/SLES sulfates and gently cleanses and conditions the hair, whilst retaining the hair's natural moisture without overburdening. The formula with Cell Perfector Technology and pH 4.5 Balancer brings hair to it's optimal pH level to lock in colour pigments.
