Please note that during the current COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to guarantee same day dispatch and next day courier delivery. We advise that under these exceptional circumstances you allow up to a minimum of 3 days for your order to arrive.
Orders placed before 2:00pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed from 2:00pm onwards or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Working days do not include bank holidays unless declared otherwise. Information on bank holidays and any other days of the year where orders are not dispatched are detailed below. When placing an order where the dispatch date falls on one of these dates, the dispatch will be rescheduled to the substitute date.
There are currently no dates scheduled where we won't be dispatching courier orders, but keep an eye on this page as that it likely to change throughout the year.
Currently, we only deliver to addresses throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We recommend that you use a delivery address where you will usually be (i.e. your work address) during the day. If nobody is present when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card detailing what to do to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. The courier may reattempt delivery the next working day without you needing to rearrange, however, the parcel may also be returned to us after a certain length of time imposed by the courier if delivery or collection has not been arranged. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
Free delivery as a result of minimum spend may be applied to your order (depending on whether this promotion is active at the time of purchasing), however, customers that have a delivery address with a free scheduled branch delivery day are excluded from this promotion. The full courier delivery price will apply in this instance regardless of minimum spend.
If you're a registered branch customer, you are entitled to free local delivery (subject to location restrictions) with no minimum order value or charge. If you are set up for this service, you'll be able to specify this free delivery option at the checkout and will then be quoted a delivery date based on when we carry out deliveries in your area (usually on a weekly basis, but locations close to our branches are served daily).
