RefectoCil Oxidant Cream - 10 Vol 3% - 100ml.
Create a smooth and easy-to-apply lash and brow tint with the RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream.
Formulated with Hydrogen Peroxide, this cream can be quickly and expertly mixed with the RefectoCil tints and ensures brilliant, long-lasting colour. Each bottle has been designed so that no impurities can get into the bottle and each 100ml bottle has enough cream to last approximately 150 applications.
Suitable for all skin types and hair colours, mix a few drops of this cream with the tint for best results.
