Mixing Instructions
Mix Wella Professionals Koleston Perfect ME+ permanent hair colour with Welloxon Perfect developer according to the desired colour result, level of lift and shade family. Mix thoroughly and apply the colouring mixture immediately using the chosen professional application technique.

Standard Shades – Mixing Ratio 1:1

For Pure Naturals, Rich Naturals, Vibrant Reds and Deep Browns, mix 1 part Koleston Perfect ME+ with 1 part Welloxon Perfect developer.
• 12% Welloxon Perfect: For up to 3 levels of lift.
• 9% Welloxon Perfect: For up to 2 levels of lift.
• 6% Welloxon Perfect: For up to 1 level of lift, grey/white hair coverage, or working at the same depth or darker.
• 4% Welloxon Perfect: For working at the same depth or darker to achieve deeper results on natural hair where grey/white hair coverage is not required.

Example: Mix 60g Koleston Perfect ME+ with 60ml Welloxon Perfect developer.

Special Blonde Shades – Mixing Ratio 1:2

For Special Blonde shades, mix 1 part Koleston Perfect ME+ Special Blonde with 2 parts Welloxon Perfect developer.
• 12% Welloxon Perfect: For approximately 4–5 levels of lift.
• 9% Welloxon Perfect: For approximately 3 levels of lift.
Example: Mix 60g Koleston Perfect ME+ Special Blonde with 120ml Welloxon Perfect developer.

Development Time
• Standard shades: 30–40 minutes without heat.
• Standard shades with heat: Follow the applicable manufacturer's technical instructions for the specific service.
• Special Blonde shades: 50–60 minutes without heat, or 25–35 minutes with heat.
